John P. Milton II

CHARLES TOWN,West Virginia - John P. Milton, 46, died Saturday, August 13, 2005. He was born August 10, 1959, in Charles Town, to Pauline E. Dunham and John P. Milton. He was of the Methodist faith. He graduated from Jefferson High School in 1978. He was also employed with the McMahon & Sons Inc., in Charles Town. He is survived by his parents; his wife, Sylvia L. Milton; his children, Christina and Jason, of Martinsburg; his stepchildren, Christina Pierce and Candace Young of Charles Town and Curtis Pierce Jr. of Frederick; his maternal grandmother, Marie James; his grandchild, Talia Milton; and his step-grandchildren, Jordyn and Austyn Pierce, Jade White and MaKayla Hill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 17, 2005, at Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home in Charles Town. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home. Interment will be at Pleasant View Memory Gardens in Martinsburg.
